This notice explains what information LeftClick may receive, why it is used, how CRM, automation and AI agents may participate, and the options available to data subjects.

1. Controller and scope

For leftclickgrowth.com, LeftClick is the commercial brand used for implementation, orchestration, consulting, training, onboarding and AI-powered commercial technology services. 2. Information we may process

• Identification and contact information such as name, company/project, email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Commercial context such as objectives, processes, CRM, technology stack, industry and information voluntarily shared.
• Attribution and navigation information such as source, campaign, UTM parameters, session, URL and funnel events when available.
• Implementation data, access, permissions, materials and configurations only when required and provided through authorized channels.
• Payment and billing references such as product, amount, currency, payment status, transaction/customer identifiers and tax information when applicable. Full card data is handled by the payment processor and should not be submitted through open website fields.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data through public forms. Do not send passwords, full financial credentials, official IDs or sensitive information through open fields.

3. Primary purposes

• Receive, register and organize requests for analysis, implementation, training or onboarding.
• Contact interested parties and follow up on requests.
• Prepare an initial diagnosis and recommend a work path.
• Create or update CRM records, pipeline items, tasks, events and related conversations.
• Prevent duplicates and maintain commercial traceability.
• Configure, test and operate expressly contracted services.

• Meet contractual, legal, tax, security and fraud-prevention obligations where applicable.

4. Secondary purposes

With consent or where legally permitted, contact information may be used to communicate relevant services, courses or improvements. Non-essential communications can be stopped by contacting us.

5. CRM, automation and artificial intelligence

LeftClick may use CRM, workflows and AI agents to classify requests, summarize context, prioritize follow-up, generate tasks, support responses, prepare content or perform functions within configured permissions. Autonomy is limited through permissions, guardrails, approvals and human handoffs according to risk.

6. Processors, providers and transfers

Operations may rely on hosting, cloud, database, CRM, messaging, email, voice, calendar, advertising, analytics, automation, AI and payment providers. Only information reasonably necessary for each function should be shared. Providers may include authorized hosting, database, CRM, messaging, analytics, payment and AI service providers, subject to availability, contract, configuration and project permissions. Some providers may process data in other jurisdictions under their own contractual and legal safeguards.

7. Card payments and Stripe

When card payments are offered, checkout may be provided by Stripe or another authorized processor. The processor receives information required to authorize and protect the transaction. LeftClick may retain limited payment references for reconciliation, activation, support, fraud prevention, billing and access control.

8. Data-subject rights

You may request access, correction, cancellation/deletion where applicable, objection, consent withdrawal where applicable, or limitation of non-essential communications by emailing info@cloudsales.app. We may request reasonable information to locate the record and verify identity or authority. Some records may need to be retained for legal, contractual, security, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.

9. Retention and security

Data is retained for the period reasonably necessary to handle the request, perform the relationship, maintain traceability, comply with obligations and resolve disputes. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used, including access controls, environment separation, secrets outside the frontend and operational logs where applicable. No system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

The site may use local storage, UTM parameters, session identifiers and technical technologies necessary for attribution, functionality, security and funnel measurement. Additional technologies that legally require consent will be handled accordingly.

11. Languages and translation

The site may use human or AI-assisted translation. When dynamic translation is used, visible page text may be sent to a translation service. Forms, credentials, payment data and other sensitive fields should not be intentionally included in translation requests.

12. Minors

LeftClick services are intended for adults, professionals and organizations. We do not seek to knowingly collect minors' information through the commercial form.

Material changes will be published at this URL. Additional notice may be used where required by the nature of the change.
